Welcome! I’m Danni Chapman, the CEO of Cortech Talent Solutions.
With more than twelve years’ experience as a recruiter predominantly in the engineering sector, I’ve placed 900+ talented, hard-to-find candidates in the perfect role. While my niche specialism is engineering, I regularly fill more generic roles, too.
My network includes more than 22,000 engineers in the UK and 10,000 in the USA, putting me in the top 3% of LinkedIn users globally. In fact, I’m in the top 1% for LinkedIn recommendations worldwide!
I regularly collaborate with other leading industry experts to place my candidates exactly where they belong.
I began my career working for well-known global recruitment companies and boutique SME agencies up to Director level, before founding Cortech Talent Solutions in 2025.
I started out as a specialist in engineering tech, but my ambitions didn’t stop there. I wanted to support more businesses across the sector. By deepening my expertise and building strong relationships, I successfully transitioned to filling roles in project management and administration, finance, purchasing, and sales.
Today, my specialist knowledge spans a wide range of roles, including Software Engineers (C/C++, Rust), Systems Engineers, Electronics Engineers, FPGA, DSP, RF Engineers, Optical, AI, Automation, Robotics, and many more.
I’m dedicated to building strong, trust-based relationships with both clients and candidates. I see my role as connecting the minds that power tomorrow, placing highly skilled engineers in teams that need them.

When I’m not working, I spend my time cycling around on my electric bike, going to CrossFit, or doing a spot of gardening. Yes, I grow my own potatoes!
